The area is extremely rich in marine biological diversity and a highly productive breeding ground for many species of tropical fish and nesting turtles. Eagle rays, large turtles, eels, and lobsters are commonly sighted.

All Excursions depart from the village of Mahahual (the Fisherman's Village), just five minutes from the port by shuttle or taxi.
We snorkel in small personal groups, space is limited! You must email us for availability at Info@TucanCostaMaya.com. If there are openings on that date you will be sent an invoice via PayPal for your required deposit and a notice of availability. When we receive your payment notice, you will be sent a confirmation letter with full check in details.
