Dear Mr. Gomez,

I just wanted to pass on to you what a great time my daughter and I had touring the Chacchoben Mayan Ruins.  Everything went very smoothly and it was the highlight of our vacation experience.  The Ruins were extremely fascinating and the tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and prepared.  You could tell that he really enjoyed educating everyone about the Mayan culture. 

When asked what her favorite part of her cruise was, my 10 year old daughter replied, “The Mayan Ruins”.  We saved about ½ the cost booking directly with Tucan Tours vs the Shore Excursions through the ship.  We also had only nine in our group compared to over 50 with the ship tours.  I really felt we received good value with your company.

Hola Mr. Gomez,
My family had a great time with your company and specifically thanks to Fellipe for taking us up to Chaccchoben and Lake Bacalar.  We had a member of our party that was ill and was unable to make it on the trip... so we had a tour of four people and not five.  Is it possible to get a refund for that one person?  I'd greatly appreciate a refund for that one person.  Thanks again!  We will definitely recommend you to our friends and other cruise vacationers.

Kohunlich Maya Ruins

Just wanted to let you know that my family and I had a great time on our tour of the Kohunlich Mayan Ruins.    We were personally met when we arrived in the village of Mahahual with a warm welcome by your staff.  Our guide was FANTASTIC !!!   
Unfortunately, I did not write his name down but I'm sure you can check your records to see who it was.    I would recommend your tour company to anyone who will be visiting.  Our tour guide was well versed in the history of the ruins and he was able to make us feel that we were back in time experiencing the past.
