Our office is located in the village of Mahahual. It is about 5 minutes away from the pier. You will have to take the port shuttle to the town. Due to the regulations of a private port no one is allowed to transport passengers from the port except their shuttles. When you disembark you will go down the gang way and pass through an arch way, then you will come to a fountain. From there you will see stairs pass the stairs. You will see a sales booth there pass that and you will come to the parking lot for the buses. There you will turn left fallowing the walk way south you will come to the golf cart and bike rental area. Then there is another sales booth, just a little further you will see the transportation booth. There you will buy your tickets for town. When you are dropped off in town you will only be about 20 meters from our office. You will be dropped off where Ave. Mahahual is blocked to all but foot traffic. Walk south for 20 meters (about 60 feet) You will pass a private home first. I t is a 2 story home that is fenced all around. Then you will pass a small restaurant call The Cats Meow, just pass them is the crafter's mall where we are located. Be looking for your guide to be holding a sign that reads Tucan Costa Maya.
